COMPETITION PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL

The competition program is in categories:
Contemporary Dance (individual / ensemble)
Age groups:
Classical Dance
- from 8 to 11 y.o.
- from 12 to 14 y.o.
- from 15 to 19 y.o.
Participants may dance in ensemble in all age groups.

Gala concert
Gala concert is an obligatory part of the program of the competition. All competitors shall agree to participate free of charge in the Gala concert, which will be filmed and broadcasted on national TV channels/ internet. In case of refusal of participation, the competitors will be disqualified. The program and the participants in the Gala concert are chosen by the organizing committee of the competition, based on recommendations of the jury. Guest dancers may participate in the Gala concert.
Additional conditions for participation:
1. Applications must be submitted until June, 30 2022.
2. The phonogram has to be high quality and to be submitted in advance by e-mail, on flash memory or CD/MD with the acurate names and order of the variations in the different rounds of the competition.
3. The order of performance of the competitors is determined by a lot.
4. Every participant will receive a special badge during the competition.
5. During the competition the promoter provides the security of the event.
6. The organizer is not responsible for personal objects, any injuries or accident.
7. Each participant must have a health insurance on his own expenses covering the whole period of the academy.
8. Those participants who have health problems (eg. allergy) must inform the organizer in advance.
9. Participants from countries outside of the European Union will be provided with an invitation letter for visa issued by the promoter.
10. The organizing committee does not provide participants with make-up, wig-masters, stylists and clothing.
11. The competitors are obliged to have their own rehearsal and stage costumes, pointe shoes and ballet slippers to participate in the classes, rehearsals and competition program.
12. The accompanying adults (parents, teachers, etc.) are responsible for the children.
13. The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the jury/ ballet masters and the programme/ events during the academy.
14. The organizer reserve the right to take photo/ video materials with the participants during the festival and master classes.
15. During the whole period of the event our team / Russian and English speakers / is available to the participants.
